Infront was the exclusive rights holder and delivered a 360° service from one central source when Germany’s FC Bayern München and the Netherlands National Team came head-to-head on 22 May 2012 for a friendly match that resulted in one of the year’s football highlights.

The two spectacular football squads – Germany’s record-breaking champions FC Bayern München and the Netherlands National Team, 2010 FIFA World Cup™ finalists, came head-to-head on 22 May 2012 in a friendly game at the Allianz Arena (Munich). Infront exclusively handled all media, marketing, ticketing and hospitality rights for the event, which featured the two top teams in their respective competition formats - club versus national team champions.
Superb event management and delivery
Infront developed tailor-made solutions exclusively suited to the requirements of the event, creating a unique identity for the game which was incorporated into all visuals and communications. Several PR and promotional campaigns led up to the event – drawing high attendance and engaging fans. As the exclusive rights holder, Infront handled all forms of media rights on a worldwide basis, including television, internet and mobile – as well as production, supplying a major HD quality broadcast. The ticketing encompassed the full capacity of the Allianz Arena and included all hospitality packages. The marketing rights covered sponsorship and advertising around the stadium.
