In Europe, club football provides the vital, highly structured base for the success of the game. Infront currently markets the commercial rights of seven clubs in Germany, including three Bundesliga clubs, Werder Bremen (Weser-Stadion, stadium advertising), FC Schalke 04 (Veltins Arena, stadium advertising), VfL Bochum (rewirpowerSTADION, stadium advertising) and SC Freiburg (badonova-Stadion, major commercial rights), as well as three clubs from the 2nd Bundesliga - Energie Cottbus (Stadion der Freundschaft, shirt sponsorship), Fortuna Düsseldorf (Esprit Arena, stadium advertising) and Hansa Rostock (DKB-Arena, all major commercial rights).

 

In Rostock, Infront Germany also offers first-class hospitality opportunities. Throughout the 2008/2009 season, Infront Germany also successfully distributed media and marketing rights to the UEFA Cup home matches of the national champion VfL Wolfsburg.

In Italy, Infront is the marketing partner to five of the countries Serie A clubs: A.C. Milan, S.S. Lazio, U.S. Palermo, Cagliari Calcio and Genoa Cricket and Football Club (CFC).

 

The recently signed long term partnership with Genoa - Italy’s most ancient football club - runs from the upcoming season onwards and involves the introduction of a new marketing concept for the club.

For the next six seasons, Infront will handle the marketing with specific focus on the acquisition and servicing of sponsors. As a result, Infront can provide some of the most attractive marketing opportunities in Italian club football from a single source and sponsors committed to top Italian clubs are able to build marketing platforms involving more than one team.
