The FIFA World Cup™Infront successfully handled the global distribution of all broadcast rights for the 2002 and 2006 FIFA World Cups™ in Korea/Japan and Germany. In 2010 it handled the host broadcast of the event in South Africa as well as the distribution of media rights in Asia and will continue to do so for the 2014 games.
More 2010 The FIFA World Cup™Host Broadcast Services (HBS) was appointed by FIFA to be the Host Broadcaster for the 2010 FIFA World Cup™ in South Africa as well as for the upcoming 2014 and 2018 FIFA World Cups™ in Brazil and Russia respectively.
More 2006 The FIFA World Cup™Infront handled the global sales of all broadcast rights for the 2006 FIFA World Cup™ in Germany and was also responsible for the host broadcast and broadcaster servicing. The FIFA World Cup™ has the biggest television audience of any sports event in the world. For 2006, coverage reached more than 200 countries and territories. More than 500 broadcast partners transmitted the event.
