The company handles catering and hospitality at all horse race meetings as well as numerous third-party events at the race course

Iffezheim, Germany / Zug, Switzerland, 6 May 2011 - Baden Racing has signed Infront Hospitality Management as catering and hospitality partner of the racetrack Iffezheim, close to Baden-Baden. The contract has a term of three years and includes all horse race meetings as well as numerous third-party events. The Zug-based company covers a full spectrum of catering and hospitality services, working closely with local partners and suppliers.

Infront Hospitality is a joint venture between the international caterer Kofler & Kompanie AG and the sports marketing company Infront Sports & Media, which is also involved as a majority shareholder of Baden Racing. Infront Hospitality is a renowned catering and hospitality specialist in sports and has a proven track record from many major events - including the FIFA World Cup 2010™, the annual IIHF World Championship in ice hockey and the FIS Alpine Ski World Cup Finals 2011 in Lenzerheide.

 

High quality standards in all areas

Based on good experience and positive feedback we have therefore decided to continue this successful collaboration for the next three years. The contract for Infront Hospitality covers all services in the field of hospitality and catering - from conceptualisation to implementation. It includes the publicly accessible booths and restaurants (Public Hospitality) as well as the Champions Club and VIP areas (Commercial and VIP Hospitality). On peak days up to 180 people will be working for Infront Hospitality onsite.

The catering agreement with Infront Hospitality Management includes not only the three annual horse race meetings, but also numerous third-party events on the track. The first event under the new three-year contract is the upcoming Spring Festival, 28 May to 5 June 2011.
