In accordance with its Code of Business Ethics, Infront does not conduct its activities with any ethically questionable practices, e.g. with payments to federation executives in relation to the closing of marketing contracts, etc. Infront strictly denies having made any such payments to René Fasel.

 

It is common practice in the industry to work with intermediaries in the field of consultancy or in the negotiation of marketing contracts. Infront confirms that Proc AG was such a consultant, and that the contract had been terminated.
