Infront’s full-service capacities demonstrated This year, once again the Swiss ski resort of Lenzerheide is the host of this event, which sees the world’s best athletes competing for victory in five disciplines - Downhill, Super-G, Slalom, Giant Slalom and the National Team Event – and 13 single races, making this FIS World Cup Final a unique skiing spectacle.

A total of 20 broadcasters will provide live and delayed coverage of the events. Another 30 channels will broadcast highlights and news coverage of the races, making use of the material provided in Infront’s weekly FIS Alpine Ski World Cup report. World wide news coverage will be provided by Deutsche Welle, Euronews, Perform and SNTV. On site there are more than 150 accredited representatives from close to 50 networks.
Media production is being handled by Swiss public broadcaster SRG SSR, providing the signal for the world feed and producing all the races in high definition using up to 17 cameras.
Swiss brands with international reputation The streamlined sponsorship programme for the FIS World Cup is now in its second season, with a positive result for the races handled collectively by Infront. The final in Lenzerheide is being sponsored by a combination of international companies and domestic brands with an international reputation. The line-up includes: Emmi (dairy products), Helvetia (insurance), Milka (chocolate), Ochsner Sport (sports apparel), Raiffeisen Schweiz (bank), Rauch (beverages) and Stobag (awning systems).
These brands will receive strong exposure across the major European markets and are guaranteed numerous opportunities for brand display. There is a full range of advertising opportunities in camera view, including banners and logos in prime locations, as well as branding on athletes’ bib numbers.
Hospitality highlights with live cooking Infront Hospitality Management will provide top class VIP and VVIP hospitality for the event. It has successfully delivered hospitality services at previous major FIS Alpine Ski Events, including the 2008 final in Bormio, Italy.
There will be two hospitality venues: a VIP tent for 1,100 guests and the Panorama Club, directly overlooking the finishing area, for another 150 guests. A total of 5,500 guests are expected during the five days of the event and 70 staff will be involved in serving them. The theme will be modern Alpine, to fit the mountain setting and will take the local “Grisons” cuisine to a new level, with live cooking in front of the guests to add an element of entertainment.
