Swiss Cycling, founded in 1883, is the national governing body for all cycling competitions in Switzerland. Through innovative events across a broad field of disciplines, Swiss Cycling targets more than one million recreational and amateur athletes across the country.
Cycling to reach Switzerland far & wide
Swiss Cycling’s events provide fully comprehensive opportunities for brand activation on a nationwide level through professional, amateur and youth level competitions. A ‘Supported Event Series’ of up to 25 events per year, which includes the biggest mass cycling events in the country - the National Championships - includes all nine disciplines and offers opportunities to a Main Partner, Partner and Co-Partner. Each offers its own set of new nationwide commercial opportunities and exposure along with athlete endorsement; the top two categories receive brand logo positioned in clear view on all national team jerseys.
Complementary sponsor opportunities
In addition, a Roller Sprint series that gauges around 3,700 participants per year with visibility spanning 70 event days provides further exposure options. There is also a kids camp which offers an opportunity to youngsters across Switzerland to practise various cycling disciplines and be coached by professional trainers. Around 150 youths from all across Switzerland are invited for free to spend 4-5 days in the mountains each year with various commercial opportunities available. In addition, partners can take advantage of the synergy between Swiss Cycling national events and the flag ship Tour de Suisse.
