With 32 teams playing 125 games in the 2018/19 season, the top European clubs take to the ice for the premier Champions Hockey League. The high-quality, seven-month tournament runs from August to February, thrilling fans in the battle for European supremacy.

A state-of-the-art digital media strategy features a cross-platform activation plan including the league website, with a dedicated game centre, digital video and social media platform.

The six founding leagues ensure an established fan base in Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Finland, Sweden and Switzerland. Broadcasters receive a quality of picture and level of support that matches the highest standards in sport today. All games are produced in 16/9 HD format with the final game using up to ten cameras. The CHL digital channel features live streaming of all games, and national TV partners broadcast all Group Stage and play-off games. The 2016/17 season saw over 3,084 hours of coverage broadcast resulting in an impressive cumulative audience of 187.7 million, a 23% increase in viewership year on year.
